Summer Party : What you need !!

Summer is finally HERE!! It’s time for vacation, bikinis and some fun in the sun but most of all, time for summer parties. It’s absolutely the right time to throw a great party! There’s nothing like hosting and seeing all your friends together in the same place.

Today I’m sharing with you some ideas to help you plan your party easily and have the best time.

One of the main deciding factors when it comes to throwing a party is money, and throwing a party is not cheap, so the best thing to do before you start anything is to determine a budget; how much are you willing to spend on a party? Do you want to have a big or a small party?

The best thing to do is to see how much every little thing that you want cost, if it’s expensive see if they offer deals or if you can find a cheap alternative, be realistic about what your budget is and take it into account when drawing up a shortlist of ideas.

Choosing a theme absolutely simplify the process; once you have chosen a theme, you can select what fits your vision.

First thing to think about when picking a theme is you don’t want to have something boring or old, you have to decide on a theme that’s going to get everyone excited or intrigued and suits the occasion.

If it’s a small party or a get together it’s best if you pick something which is personal to you, include details which tell your guests more about you as a person. And if it’s a big party, consider something that is on trend, like a particular movie that’s breaking box office records or a color scheme straight off the catwalk, it will make the event seem up-to-date and current.

When throwing a party there’s lots of things that you need to do, and things can get a bit hectic. So to save sanity, you should organize everything and the best way to do that it to make a list; a master to-do list where you highlight every task that must be accomplished, a shopping list that ensures you won’t forget any supplies. You can find many examples of lists online that can help you with everything.

    The Food :

Your food choice plays a big role in having a successful party, if you don’t know what to get, ask around to see what your guests would like. Safe bets are finger foods, like chips, veggies, cookies and cupcakes, mini sandwiches, pretzels, popcorn, cheese and crackers, and bites of fruit. Know where to get it, and if you are preparing it you have to do your best, it must be delicious and unforgettable.

Do not neglect drinks, ice, cups, napkins, plates, forks, and knives, too. You’ll also need some method of chilled storage (like a large cooler) to keep the drinks cold as well.

        Party Playlist :

To me the music is the most important thing, if you have a great decoration, good food but awful music; it’s definitely a fail. Whether you’re getting a Dj or playing the music from your laptop, you need to play the best tunes that’s gonna make your party memorable and that everyone will enjoy.

Before you just start playing your favorite songs, you have to know that not everyone have the same taste as you, think of playing something that’s popular and is a huge hit, also plan the entire flow of your playlist, songs should play well one after the other.

You also need to think of the vibe, what’s the goal of your playlist? Are you trying to create a chill, relaxing atmosphere where people can talk? Or are you trying to nudge your gathering into a full-on dance party? GOOD VIBES ONLY right!!

       Decoration :

When it comes to decorating a party it can be a little difficult, but once you have a theme set, you’ll know where to start and the rest will come easily. The most important part of decorating for a party is that it should properly match your theme, know who your guests will be and you want to have something appealing to everyone. Also think of special and memorable things that your guests can take with them; for example, a photo booth is a fun way to provide a good time for everyone and create great memories.

No party will actually be a good time if now one shows up cause they didn’t know it was happening, so sending invitations is absolutely a must. I mean you can definitely just send a text to your group chat and it’s all good, but in my opinion if you’ve planned it to the fullest you need to complete it with a proper invitation.

Ideally, invitations to a party should go out at least 2 weeks in advance or even a month in advance, it would give your guests a heads-up about the party so that they won’t make plans, and remind them once or twice before the party too.

Over the years, the method by which party invitations are sent has changed dramatically. Of course, there are formal invitations one can have printed for the occasion, but now that we live in a more developed time, the era of emails, people use electronic or digital invitations that they can send to their guests via e-mail, it’s quicker and easier. Paperless post is a company that offers digital invitation services; it helps you create online and paper stationery that reflects your vision, they not only offer you many invitations designed by leading fashion and lifestyle designers, but they also have customizable designs and powerful online tools to make it easy to communicate expressively on any occasion. Paperless post lets users communicate with invitations designed and sent from iPad or desktop. Using the app, it allows you to see who has opened their e-mail invitation and who respond. And of course, you can expect nothing but the best quality.

At last, the most important thing is to enjoy your party, take lots of pictures and have fun.

I hope you like this post, it’s something new that I’m trying and I still lots of new and absolutely amazing post and segments to come. Have a great day .
